'02 Lexus ES 300? ?

Is it a good deal for a 2002 Lexus ES 300 with a navigation system and loaded for $12,600? It's pearl white and has ~116350 miles. Exterior cosmetic condition is like new, tires need to be changed, and interior (leather) needs to be cleaned. Thanks!
umm i think they said that they did replace the engine....tried offering 10k but the guy went into a story about how he's real honest man who doesn't mark it up and my trailor (car selling trailer things) only cost 1k month rent....but yea

also, would having a nav system and it being pearl white have any effect on the price? the guy just kept saying that it's popular and there's more in the car than 10k

Since the mileage is high the price should drop a little more, like around 10,000 dollars. check that they did the 100,000 miles tun-up where they replace almost all parts in the engine.
