    What does this mean? (SONY ERICSSON PHONE) 10 POINTS TO BEST ANSWER?

    I contacted Sony Ericsson about why my internet has never worked on my phone. & they contacted me back saying

Please do not respond to this mail since it will not be delivered to any recipient. For future emails concerning this case please include the following line in the message subject field:Case : 72469473 What about a visit at www.sonyericsson.com ?


    What does this mean?
    I really need help about how to get the internet on my phone!

    They are telling you to access their website for further assistance. This is usually an automated response. If a tech becomes available (probably during the week), then they will reference the number listed and look in to your issue. Go to the sonyericsson.com website and check out their FAQ or tech support section. You may find your answer there on how to resolve your issue.

    my dad has that cell phone and he has no problems with it..


    make sure you read every detail in the instructions and the fine print too

    sometimes you have to pay extra for internet service on your phone

    I would take it back i have a sony ericsson phone also and am not able to connect to the internet

    You should go to your provider and see what they can do.

    It probably means that they will contact you again to help you sort your problem. That email was most likely a machine sent out afer every email received.
    If you have to contact them again regarding this case, email them with the Case number (72469473).
    If you don't get another email back, keep emailing them until you do.

    You should try phoning a customer service rep, and that way an actual person can talk to and explain why you do not have internet. I have the same phone, but it's most likely your provider that is causing the problems with your internet. Which ever provider you are with, try phoning them and asking how to go about getting internet. If that doesn't work, then try giving sony a call again.

    I suggest taking the phone back. It seems Sony Ericsson is having a lot of issues. My boyfriend just bought a brand new Sony Ericsson phone and it won't hold a charge. We looked this up online, and many other people are having the same issues. It's funny that his old Sony Ericsson phone last over 2 years, has been ran over by his car, dropped many times and has outlived the brand new phone. He's back to using the old one, by the way.
