i cant send files via bluetooth?

i have the LG Shine and lately i have not been able to receive nor send files. the problem is other phones/bluetooths cant see mine, even though its turned on and visible.

i turn my bluetooth on, make it visible and when a friend tries to send me a file, her/his phone is unable to find my bluetooth, even after "Search fr Devices"

please help me and thanks in advance.

Turn OFF ur phone. wait for sumtime and turn it ON. The problem must hav been solved by this, Or else take it to Customer care for repair!!
