DTV req'd a physical address to mail the coupons. I have all my mail sent to a P.o. Box, but DTV will NOT send it there. So I give them my home address, but there is a thing in the mailbox that lets the carrier know that I don't receive mail at home.
I talked to one Carrier, and was told that my street has various carriers and therefore not all of them are informed on my situation. And DTV was considered BULK MAIL, it would be tossed.

The other thing is, that I had learned is, that normally when a "Change of Address" is submitted, the one carrier that is responsible for the route would be the one to ensure you get your mail. So if I have multiple carriers, I probably don't have a good set up.

The next thing that I am wondering is, Do I call DTV and tell them that I didn't get it? Has anyone had this problem and then asked for a resend?
