Obama is not President yet. Yet, he stopped to tell reporters his concerns and keeps in contact with Condolessa Rice. GWB IS President and yet he was on VACATION in Bejing when Georgia was being invaded by the Russians. I saw him playing volleyball on TV and watching a basketball game. He actually STAYED there and did not leave immediately. LMAO.
