The main idea behind common law marriage is that the two people can have spousal rights-- this includes things like inheritances and employee benefits.

I say yes or no i mean u can love and get married without a marriage although i wont one they might wish to get married but not have enough money have you though of that and maybe later they can have a real marriage.
