    Absolutely. Marriage is inherently a religious institution, and if a couple does not wish to signify their union in that way, they should still have the option of creating some kind of legal partnership. The main idea behind common law marriage is that the two people can have spousal rights-- this includes things like inheritances and employee benefits.

    I say yes or no i mean u can love and get married without a marriage although i wont one they might wish to get married but not have enough money have you though of that and maybe later they can have a real marriage.
