I'm trying to figure out if this problem is my phone or my phone service. My friend just called and said that she couldn't reach me on my cellphone because it would ring once and then the voice mail would pick up. I was surprised cuz my phone was on and had all the bars but it never rang. So then I tried to call her with it and it said 'call failed.' So I turned it off and then back on and it worked. Is the problem with my phone or is it a network problem? Thanks!
