I have a new phone I got on 3 network and the signal is rubbish, I'm so annoyed that I think I'm going to send it back (problem is I have had it six weeks and don't want bad credit to my name. IS IT TRUE that by law a phone company HAS to give you the Unlock code although they may charge a fee???
