Help my Kia Sephia is having issues!!!

Hey! I have a 2000 Kia Sephia and I cant figure out what is wrong with it! Last week when I tried to crank the car it would not so, I decided to have someone jump me off, but guess what it didnt start again. So, I had my dad come and look and it and we have realized that every time it starts it has to have a new fuse. And, when you turn it off the fuse blows. My headlights, power windows, air conditioning are not working, but my radio will. Does anyone know what its problem could be??

it mite be like overworked. like when a fuse goes out in your house, you have to reset it because its using so much power that its too much for the machine to handle.

It could be bad wiring. Maybe a squirrel chewed on the wires.

Or it can be something you added to the car like subs or amps for the radio that cause the fuses.
