Help! T-mobile Is Giving Me The Runaround About Canceling With The Etf Fees Waved.

NEED ADVICE!! I can no longer roam here and they say they are happy to cancel my account because it's in my contract that if my service changes like that I don't have to pay the fees, but they have required me to fax them my drivers license twice (which requires me to drive across town) and told me the incorrect way supposedly to fax it the first time. I'm at my wits end. They say I have to prove where I live since its the coverage here I'm complaining about. Any advice on how to get through to these people???
