how do i put save game data from the internet to my ps3?

iv'e tried what they said make a folder named ''PS3'' andinside that one named''SAVEDATA'' and unzip the folder right?well i did that and i try to put it on my ps3 but when i press triangle it only gives me one option and it's ''information'' id appreciate sum help ...thank you

Go onto the internet on your ps3. Download it. Then you have to go to the saved data utility. open it and it should show how far the saved game data is about the game. And if it is a demo, go to the last saved utility and it should be there.
