our lease had to be completed in the month of july and in our old lease it was written that we have to pay one month rent in case if we break the lease before one year, i went to thieir office in july and they told that the new lease will be same as the old one, but now they have prepared the papers with new lease and saying that we have to pay two months rent in case we break the lease before one year,i again went to their office and now the manager is saying that she cannot talk to me because i am not the lease ownerand she can only talk to my husband who is the lease owner, while she only told me before that it will be same, now she is not listening anything and talking in very rude manner, it's just rediculous, they are doing just what they want,they are saying it's their property and whatever they want they will do, it's a jpi group properties. i really want to know how can i complaint about this manager.Please Help......
