Before people start responding to this, please note:

*I do not need to "update my firmware" as there is no such thing for disk drives.

*I am aware of the fact the windows does not support DVD burning through windows explorer.

*It is not the DVD Media I am utilizing.

*I have successfully burned DVD's in the past.

*I have not installed any new software.

*(This one will probably throw some people off) I have tried with multiple dvd burners.

The problem occurs when I put a blank DVD in the drive. In explorer it does not show up as a blank DVD (or CD or movie or anything for that matter) It just says disk drive e or whatever. I right click and go to properties and it says the drive has no free space. I tried to use DVD Decrypter to burn my DVD, but it says medium not found. It does not give me any more information to help narrow down the problem.

And please dont post up answers that say "I have this problem too" as they are not helpful and it makes me upset when I feel the vibrate of my phone saying I have a new email, I log onto my computer and email, and read that. Just playin, but please dont do it.

Any information is helpful, thanks.
