    I purchased a TV over 3 mnths ago & never received it, and have yet to be refunded.

    What action can I take? I have already filed a letter of non-receipt with the company and they have told me that the claim is pending with the shipping company. I think that the company should issue me a refund and the claim with the shipping company should be resolved between them and the shipping company since I did not get a choice on shipping. I think over 3 months (I purchased the item mid-Aug) is a pretty lengthy period for a refund for an item I never received in the first place. Does anyone have any advice of what I can do at this point? The company is legitimate, they are not a fly by night, but obviously their customer service is horrible.

    IF you paid with a credit card, call the c/c company and tell them.If you paid cash call the better business bureau.
