can any one suggest any ways to bring on my labour as i am 40 weeks on thurs

sex....i was 37 weeks and really big (i might have been further along than they thought) but we had sex in the morning and an hour later my water broke. warm bath always helps too dont ask why cuz i dont know...castor oil and raspberry leaf tea. and they say nipple stimulation. if u are uncomfortable talk to ur doc they can do voluntary inductions after 39 weeks

I was cleaning house when my water broke with my first and asleep after cleaning for my second both at 38 weeks. Physical activity is supposed to help whether it be cleaning, walking, sex or chasing an older child around. Congrats and good luck I hope your little one shows up soon
