LG Chocolate and Vcast?

OK, so I really want v-cast because I was reading that you can get like TV on your phone and stuff...how much does Vcast cost monthly and what all comes with it?? Also, I want to transfer pictures from my phone onto my computer...is that possible? And by the way I have the LG Strawberry Chocolate (original one)
