ocean? I just got myself a boat here in Kansas. I am thinking about taking to San Diego, CA for the winter. I want to go out of the bay to some of the winter fishing spots in the ocean. All the spots I know of are well within site of the City. I plan on taking a GPS and an emergency radio. I do not have much experience with boats but I will plan on using it quite a bit this winter and fall on the lakes here in Kansas.
