...complain. Please don't write rude terms. I need two different words for each of those meanings and I don't want someone to just write "Bitch" because thats just.. no. One word for someone with a strange desire to complain and another that loves to be busy and stressed.
Hopefully there is such a word.

I think the best term for what you described is "drama queen". People who are drama queens like to put on a show. Often, they create their own stress. I think they like to make waves because of all the attention it generates. The other term that comes close is "high maintenance". If you're looking for sigle words, "driven" and "sourpuss" or "anxious" "shrew" also come to mind.
