if my ac works only when i rev my car too 3000 revolutions could it be the ac

compresor or the valve i have a 1997 camaro and the only way for the a/c to cool is if i rev my engine too 3000 revolutions (around there) could it be the a/c compressor or the valve thats located where the too lines go out?
