i ate alot alot before my workout it's late at night and i dont wanna eat anymore so would i still get gains from this workout if say i have jus my multiv and water now instead of food im so full i relli dont wana force food down. and i ate enough cals for the day i know that for sure..so think it's okay my pre workout meal was mostly carbs but igot enough cals and protein for the day..so what do uthink?
