Ima size twelve, and eat healthy food, i have tendencies to snack and eat a littlenaughty, i keep myself on the go and honestly try to do a jog every now and then(atleast once a week for30 mins) some days i ahve lazy days and thats me as honest as can be! my best friend no joke is exactly the same, yet she is a size 8...i reckon shes abit more fidgety than me, but she eats more crap than i do....so how really do you get to size 8 and stay that way? ive tried to loose weight and i got down to a size eight by starving myself, which is no way to live so i try and be normal and i can only stay at size 12. grh tell me girls, be honest and just help me out!!!
