okay so here's the scoop...

I'm trying to get a number of clips from a VHS to a DVD... I brought them to the DVD, but if I try to play the DVD in a different player it'll only show the first clip and then stop. I can't access the other clips. I know this is most likely the DVD Recorder issue because I've had enough problems with it already. It's a Samsung. (I'm currently looking for a new DVD Recorder.)
So anyways I have an idea to get around the problem, by compiling the clips from the VHS tape onto another VHS tape so their back to back, and then from there recording onto a DVD in one foul swoop.

Now for the audio part. One of my VHS players has the red and white audio jacks, and the other one just has the white. So if I record from the R&W to the W, will I run into any problems or will audio quality be lost?
