once she get married, she Will have the right to live and work...about the citizenship, she wont be able to apply for it until 5 years of residence this is the case here in the US....for some other countries applying for a citizenship is impossible ......like japan morocco Algeria and some other countries........it depends on where she is

Yes, if that country allows such a thing according to their laws. In the US, it will sometimes raise the question of dual citizenship...something that the US does not always allow.
