Why do whites complain about blacks complaining?

I've heard plenty of whining about black people over time from whites. Usually it's just petty. They have almost all of tv devoted to them but complain that "BET is racist because it's called Black Entertainment Television". Lol political correctness. I've even heard white people whine about nonexistent whining from blacks. For example Resident Evil 5 has made a lot of whites whine that "blacks are whining" but I can't name anyone black who cares about that game. Why do they whine like that?
