1973 pontiac lemans won't start.?

Was starting fine, I stopped during a rainstorm on the side of the road and it wouldnt start after. Distributor was replace last year, don't think it's that. When I turn the ignition I hear one click from the engine compartment and that's it. I'm thinking it's the starter. It's a 1973 Pontiac Lemans with a 350 V8 5.7 liter 2 barrel carb.
After having a closer look I'm not sure it's the starter but then again what do I know. lol.
