I have a walkman 580i phone and I'm trying to get the pictures and stuff off of the phone. I connected the usb port to the phone and computer but I don't know what do next...help!?
no...those things don't do it. I mean I plug it in and it installs the whatever and then happens after that. it says it's successful and you can use it now but there's nothing else!
