slow internet speed......?

My internet connection speed is only 53.6kbps!! I can't play online games and surf the internet fast and smooth. Is there any software or method that can boots/quicken the speed of internet??? I will feel grateful for your answer!!!

Some manual tips to improve your internet speed.
1.Get a download accelerator
2.Turn off all unused apps while downloading
3.Don't upload information while you're downloading
4.Update your network device driver
5.clear your temporary download history files.
6.Use latest version of any browser
