Bulimia- Blood in Vomit?

Ok, so I've been in and out of ED clinics for several years manily for anorexia. It's more reccently (this past year) that I picked up a more distinct case of bulimia. Well tonnight I purged and I saw a bit of light red blood in my vomit. It really didn't phase me as I figured I was just getting close to having an empty stomach, that is until I pulled my finger out andit was covered in blood from tip to knuckle. When I stood up I thought I might faing. It's been nearly an hour and a half and im still feeling dizzy, I have a pain in the right side of my chest, and I've got a headache. I'm afraid that I may have really hurt myself this time but I'm almost afraid to go tell my mom that I need to go to the ER. I've got my first semester of college comming up and I'd hate to have to give that up for a eating disorder clinic. So...should I be worried enough to go to the ER or should I wait a bit and just see how time plays it out.
