Well i realy need help, ino everyone asks the same old questions, but i think i am slightly over weight i am 13 and size 8-10 but i think my belly is a little fat, i have tried situps and eating healthy but its realy hard to stick to the routine, i have took up streetdancing lessons wich are 3 hours long and 4 3days a week and we constantly moving fast, i also go on my trampoline in my back garden and now im running out of idears, please help i think i am fat and ugly :[ x x x
