    did i mess up diet??

    i was suppose to eat breakfast at 7pm today.. but i was sleeping for a long time so i ate breakfast at 1pm (oatmeal)

    if i change the 1pm to 7pm tomorrow could i still loose weight. i also exercise for 1hr.

    Just eat later, it should be okay.
    If you excersise, it really shouldn't matter...
    And time when eating doesn't matter either..
    It matters WHAT you eat..
