OK so there are a couple things I want to know. First of all, I went out at purchased creatine in the powder form. I workout quite regularly, and have done so for the past two years or so and decided to try it out. I go through phases of exercise which include high cardio, low lifting, to high amounts of lifting to low cardio, etc. Now, my main question is how effective is creatine when you lift heavy? Also, If I do decide to throw in a lot of cardio, will it diminish the effects of the creatine on muscle growth? One more thing, I am going to try and workout as hard as I can (sensibly of course) for the next thirty days (keeping in mind rest periods and all that jazz, with proper diet), and I want to know if it will give me good results. Also some tips would be nice. Oh and should I do the loading phase?
