How do you unlock iPhone with ZiPhone? How do you get service after installing?

My carrier is T-Mobile. I want to use an iPhone but I don't know how to unlock it. I've heard about ZiPhone. Is the program simple to install? How do I install it? What are the steps? And after I install ZiPhone, how do I get the T-Mobile service? Can I still use internet after installing and unlocking? Is ZiPhone risky to use? Please don't give me a website. I would very much appreciate it if there is a way. Oh if there's other information relating to this that I should know, please tell me.
