i just watch the film , "samson and delilah" i didn't know it was a biblical story? i thought it was just film

Samson appears nowhere in Islamic scriptures or stories at all. To paraphrase what Shaykh Abdal Hakim Murad said ... suicide is so foreign to Islam that the story of Samson is not even mentioned in the Quran.

Ah, I found the quote I was thinking of -
