I have asister who loves corn beef and hash which is proccessed and bad for her she is really picky and her parents will do anything she wants. I need something she will enjoy that isn't processed and isn't corn beef and hash!
ISNT CORN BEEF AND HASH but somewhat similar taste!

I assume it's the nitrates you're concerned about?
How about substituting another kind of untreated meat?
You can cook beef pot roast style, or pork similarly.
Even chicken or turkey can be stewed until falling apart.
