okay, so heres the story. i have a sidekick slide atm. i just got it on christmas. it broke, so we sent it back to t-mobile and they told us to ship the broken phone back. they said they would ship us a new phone for free. there were a LOT of complications. we were shipped a box that had clearly been opened already with no phone inside, called t-mobile, waited another week, and were shipped another empty box. obviously someone stole the phones out of the box. finally, yesterday we got my phone back and it was missing the battery. so we called YET AGAIN and after more complications we had to PURCHASE a new battery. my parents are simply fed up with t-mobile and its sh*tty service and they are saying that the next phone i get may NOT be from t-mobile. anyway, this whole thing has taken over a month. i'd really like a new phone. i was thinking of waiting until christmas or something, but id really like it soon and if thats the case i plan on paying for it myself.
how should i ask them?
yeahh my parents have talked to t-mobile and the post office and they started like an investigation.
it wont cost money to cancel my plan cause i have pre paid
i just got this phone in december and i finally got the new one yesterday so thats the issue i think
theyre positively fed up with t-mobile tho so thats a plus
please help
i really want a new phone
i have a good amount of money saved up so ill have money left over trust me
