It is almost inpossible to not eat more than 10% of your daily fat at one meal! I was reading a diet book, it said to only have 10% of your daily intake of fat a day! IT IS IMPOSSILBE! It you agree say so if you don't, give me a meal (just water is not a meal for you sticks out there) that only has less than 10% DI of fat.
