Have a couple of questions on celebrity white tooth whitner?

The directions on the package are not very clear. First it says to place the whitner on the teeth one tooth at a time and wait for it to penetrate. Well, how is that done? Once you close your mouth the teeth would not stay dry. Also, I have been having a problem closing the lid. The formula seems to start bubbling up when I try to close the lid.

i have this whitener called sexy celebrity, i ordered it online..how i use it is i make sure all of my teeth are dry.. i apply it one tooth at a time i leave it sit on there for about a minute with my mouth open then i close my mouth.. but don't eat or drink anything for about an hour..
