seems decent enough, but with your monsters you seem to lean alot towards brute force, try using more cards with effects, try to find your best stategies and build around that.
for example I rock with synchro monsters so I use a few different combos to manage to pull out one of my decks top performers, but don't be scared to have a bunch of stategies in one deck(I sure do). I could be wrong about this deck though cause some of those cards I'm not familiar with. I rate it a 7 (but that's just my opinion.)

sorry, this doesn't look good. to many high level cards make it hard to summon. Also I honestly don't see much strategy, though it could be one of those things where you don't see it till you shuffle up and draw then BOOM strategy!!! but just by looking I rate it a 4
and whats everyone'e obssesion with the god cards, I say they're overrated

also at least make up a username you don't have to register to use it, it'd make it so much easier for me to reply

this deck has no flow to it, no connection between cards. you need to think more about what cards works together. This deck seems to be just a bunch of cards that do well alone, but you can't rely on single cards to win you need to start from scratch and find good combinations.

my star card in this deck is my junk warrior, followed by road warrior then dasher etc.

let's get strate to the problems,
1st. elemental heros are only good for fusion, while most of yours can't be used for that
2nd.most of your synchro monsters need certain tuners ,while the best part of synchro is that you usually don't need certain monsters for it
3rd. you have a FUSION monster but no POLYMERIZATION!
4th. to many high levels
5th. you seem to woory alot about series monsters
6th.overall your cards don't seem to work well together

the solution-
start from scratch, pay attention to what works together, don't fall for the series trap,
and for goodness sakes don't put FUSION monsters in a deck with out a POLYMERIZATION!!!

to many high levellers again, I see this problem way to often

a jar of greed really? those are just deck shorteners, trust me this deck could do with a few more cards (but make sure not to put in to many)
