How can i tell if i am under electronic surveilance?

I am being harassed by neighbours and they seem to know a little too much about what goes on in my home behind closed doors. There is definately no "leak" as i live on my own so some sort of covert surveilance seems the only other way that they get their infomation.

No. Its not possible to know, if you are being Electronically' surveyed. But, you can debug your house to look for hidden surveillance devices. Also stop using your "web cam', if it is placed on or nearby your computer.
