the car turns over just fine but the engine will not kick over

i just got gas in my vw diesel and no it will not start could it be vapor lock?

empty the tank.(because you put gas in it) then fill it up with DIESEL. then start the engine. it wont start up right away because you have gas in the fuel filter! try couple time to start engine. GOOD LUCK!!!
