There is a guy that I really like, he is really nice to me, smiles alot, gives me good eye contact, and I just sense a connection. But he is always hanging around girls and he is like really buff and muscular and super masculine. Could a guy that buff and muscular be gay?

Of course it's possible that he could be gay. Muscles don't determine if you're gay or not. He hangs around girls, still doesn't mean he's straight. I hang around more men than I do woman, doesn't make me straight. Wait for some more obvious signs before you make your determination.
