My mom has a membership there and she says I can use her card to go but is that really alright? Will I get introuble?

I don't know about Bally's, but at Gold's Gym your picture pops up on the computer when you check in so that no one else can use your card. I would assume that Bally's would have a similar measure in place.

The worst case scenario is (if you tried it) that Bally's would turn you away and cancel your mom's membership.
