This guy is selling his affiliate website and he wants ,000 for it. He sent me full proof evidence that he earns good but I just cant understand why he would want to sell this site. If I purchase this site from him and he puts me on the admin and removes himself...Can he later come back and make changes to this site and re-claim the domain?
