Hi everyone
Im an 18 year old female. I am 5'6 and weigh 150. My BMI is 25 (if I remember properly)
I would love to reach my goal weight of 140 but I would love it if you guys can give me some workout pointers.

For myself I work at a day camp so everyday im on the run with the kids, and just last week I got myself a gym membership. What would you recommend for me as a weekly workout?
