To me it is the same as cosmetic surgery. What else would you call it, it is to make someone look better. That is why they cost so much!

yes, compared to when I was growing up, I am 33. When I was a teen, getting braces was like the kiss of death as far as getting made fun of. Now, kids don't get picked on as much for it. I wish it was like that when I was a teen, I got barces a few years ago as an adult and it was quite an experience.
