What do you mean by doing a push/pull routine??
and is this workout schedule any good? Because some people say that my body will look unproportioned if I did not work out my muscle groups properly.
my body is thin, but my stomach is a bit fat. thats why i am adding alot of situps on my workout routine..
Day1: Chest, Legs, Situps only
Day2: Bicep, Forearm, Ab exercises
Day3: Rest
Day4: Shoulder, Back, Situps only
Day5: Triceps, Ab exercises
Day6: Cardio ( Treadmills )
Day7: Rest
