how to talk online with a verizon rep?

I did it the other night, and i need to again.
its kinda like an IM with a verizon rep....
how do i do it again, i cant find it on the website.

All you need to do is go onto their website, http://www.verizonwireless.com, and start looking at the phones that they have. Shortly after doing that the little IM box will pop up and ask you if you want to talk to a representative. Simple as that!
