I'm thinking about doing cage fighting...?

and currently weigh 12 stone (middleweight) , and need to get down to around the 11 stone (welterweight).

I have a strict training regime (listed below) and meal plan, but I am unable to get passed this weight (I have been at this weight for about 1.5 months. I started off at 14.5 stone).

    Anyone got any ideas.

Are you being serious? You are thinking about doing cage fighting.

It is idiocy like this that is killing martial arts.

If you really want to train, then forget about 'cage fighting'. Join a dojo, a real one. Figure out which art is best suited to you and devote your life to it. Judo has a very competitive aspect, as does Tae Kwon Do, maybe try them?

You can't just 'start' thinking about cage fighting, the studying of any martial art is a discipline that takes a lifetime. Simple as. The people who do cage fight have martial arts backgrounds, how do you think they learned them, just by getting in the cage? Don't think so.
