    any good muscle cars?

    around the 20k/25k price range?
    they need to have seatbelts by the way

    examples mustang,camaro,challenger etc

    unfortanetly challenger is alot more than 25k but you get my point haha

    You should think about getting ahold of a Buick grand national, They are quicker than the above, more economical, and downright cool. I have seen some clean examples for sale in WI where I am for an average of 10k-18k.
    Did I mention that they are very cool????

    Depends.. if you want to restore or buy one.
    Building your own you can get a project outta the junk yard and fix it up or you can buy one.. either way you will spend some cash
