Phil on the other hand rode Sasha way too long. Fisher and Ariza were playing good with passion and Phil decided to leave Sasha out there instead. Phil likes to think, let them play through it, WELL Sasha is young. He cant.

Also playing Ariza always Kobe to play sg and on Ray instead of moving him up to sf to play pierce. Let Ariza play pierce. I am more worried about Ray Allens shot than Pierce. Kobe should be on Ray. We have plenty of scoring on the floor with Kobe, Fisher and Gasol LO. Why do we need sasha and Vlad starting on the floor with them? There is not enogh shots to go around... Bring in Either Turiaf or Ariza to start. We need the D more than the extra scorers
